It isn't textbook at all, particularly in this instance. In fact, it's a reach to see it as racist.You saying it is means nothing. It's a declaration stating; if you aren't satisfied and all you do is complain,feel free to leave. Hell, if someone came into a restaurant and did nothing but bitch about how terrible it was, most people would think it perfectly normal for the owner to suggest they find somewhere else to dine. I realize that scenario might force you to try to view this objectively,but it's pretty obviously a fair comparison.

"Go back to where you came from..." and it's usually accompanied by a derogatory term for the person's ethnicity.

Also, considering the fact that the women he was referring to were all but one American-born, where was he suggesting they go? He said it because they are women of colour and the inference is that they should go back to another country, despite them being American. Therefore he was suggesting because they are of non-white backgrounds they are less than white Americans and should be sent away from their country of birth.

And, he specifically mentioned that poor condition of their origin, even if that is ancestral, it was never a mention of race,and his point is very valid. I've never defended Trump's eloquence, or even his general persona. I think he was simply trying to say,if you don't like it leave, but did so in a poor way. I actually have no problem that he isn't conventionally Presidential. They have all, on both sides, been liars and war mongers for the last 3 decades. Everything Trump says is his unfiltered truth, and it wouldn't surprise me if he had a little instilled racism in him, but this wasn't a product of that. His issues are related more to his generation and how they almost all viewed minorities, but again, none of the things reported as racism actually are. I'll take real Trump with all of his flaws over a well polished liar that hurts huge segments of the population by using identity politics as a political pawn, like the Democrats do.
