Favorite books related to the Trump Administration?

I haven't read any books related to the Trump Administration yet, but I'm interested in reading "A Higher Loyalty" by James Comey and "The Threat" by Andrew McCabe.

If you want an eye-opening behind-the-curtain look into Trump's White House, check out "Fire and Fury" and "Siege," both by Michael Wolff. The country really is being ran by an ass-clown and his personal junta of court jesters.

I second this. Wolff had unprecedented access to the White House for his first book thanks to T-rump, and exclusive access to Bannon and WH employees for Book 2.

Michael Wolff is a laughing stock even among the left. MSNBC threw him off the air for being so full of s.

I read and recommend:

"Fire and Fury" and "Siege," by Michael Wolff. "Fear: Trump in the White House" by Bob Woodhouse. "Unhinged" by Omorosa.

All of these books are about a White House in chaos, infighting, and a crazy, dumb and narcissist president. I like behind the scenes books and these are great.

Why not find sources on both sides of the isle and pay attention to history as it’s happening.

Objective accounts of presidential administrations aren’t possible until decades after the president has left office.

James Comey was fired. Both sides agree he’s a disgrace to the FBI. He’ll be lucky to avoid jail time for illegally leaking classified information.

McCabe was also fired for lying to investigators working for the inspector general.

If these corrupt individuals and their empty opinions truly interest you then just turn on ABCNNBBCBS. They all parrot each other perfectly.

Good luck in your education.

Oh, this is too rich...you're gonna cite Comey's firing as some kind of evidence of wrongdoing when it was your ass-clown President who admitted he canned him because he opened the Russia investigation? The only "disgrace" involved here was the clear and undeniable obstruction of justice committed by President Dickhead.

And if lies are such an unforgivable offence in your view (which is rich, coming from an alt-right tool like yourself), how do you judge the 10,000 (and counting) lies President Ass-Clown has told since taking office?

If you mean books by Republicans, I've read a few of those, too. The reality is that most Republicans don't like Trump since he isn't really a Republican. Supposedly, the Koch brothers and the Chamber of Commerce are withdrawing their financial support since they are unhappy with Trump's policies re: the trade war and immigration.

Two good Republican books that I read are: "Trumped" by David Stockman, and "How the Right Lost Its Mind" by Charles Sykes. A third was a borefest and I learned nothing except that he liked McDonalds. I just reserved "Everything Trump Touches Dies" by Rick Wilson.

The Two Michael Wolf books, "Siege" and "Fire and Fury" have Steve Bannon's perspective and quotes so you will get his extreme right viewpoint. The Bob Woodward book, "Fear" discussed the different factions that were vying to control Trump: Democrats Ivanka and Jared, traditional Republicans and alt-right. They are excellent behind the scenes books and are objective. The reality is that people working in the White House don't like Trump which is why they leak so much. Even Omorosa who liked Trump had concerns about his deteriorating mental health and mentions it in her book, "Unhinged".

I disagree. The opinion of the presidents I've known as a kid hasn't really changed with time. Same with events. People who allow themselves to be ruled by their emotions over their intellect are fooled. As for Trump, history won't be kind to him or his followers. Just basic common sense should tell you that tearing young children from their mothers and putting them in cages, demonizing journalists, supporting dictators, and tearing up the Paris Accord when sea levels are rising will be viewed poorly by future generations.
