Where's the part about "collusion" with Trump?

Bill Clinton accepting illegal Chinese donations and lifting export restrictions on missile technology against military advice (which helped turn the Chinese into the major military and burgeoning space power they currently are), or the Clintons receiving donations from Islamist and other foreign governments and interests around the world (including some hostile to the US) who were attempting to interfere in US politics (which countries do on a daily basis) came far closer to collusion with such efforts.

Regarding Russia specifically, there's Obama accidentally being caught on mike telling the Russian official that he'd have "more flexibility" after the election (he responded with "I will transmit this to Vladimir"), breaking missile defense agreements with Eastern European allies to appease Moscow, trying to give Russia and Iran hegemony over the Middle East as part of a larger pattern of American withdrawal from the world, and Hillary Clinton heading the State Department that approved Russia's acquisition of a company that owns 20% of US uranium capacity, while, as the NY Times put it, "a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation" and a Russian bank with ties to the deal paid Hillary Clinton $500,000 for a speech in Moscow.

A lot of hypocrisy and crocodile tears are flowing on the left.

Was the memo notarized as being authentic? Was it written by Comey that day or did he just write a few days ago to save himself? I heard that Trump also wrote a memo that Comey supports ISIS.
