What are some comics or comic runs that were critically lambasted that you actually enjoyed?

shareI think it's really, REALLY good, but flawed. ESPECIALLY in terms of the dialogue, which is often cringe inducing.
I am BEYOND excited for the movie, it's my most hyped comic book movie of ALL time...Maybe my most hyped movie of all time PERIOD.
So maybe Paul Dini is not that terrible after all for you? Also for me my most hyped comic book movie is the new mutants.
