That's ridiculous. You could say the exact thing about LeBron when he left Cleveland for Miami. It's literally the EXACT same argument.
Difference being is that LeBron literally had no help in Cleveland. An aging Shaq, an inconsistent Mo Williams and Delonte West, the fact they made it to the Finals against the Spurs is a testament to LeBron. I will admit to being one of LeBron's harshest critics when he went to Miami.
But upon further examination he didn't go to a team that humiliated him. He went to a struggling Miami Heat team and helped build them up. KD goes to an already talented team that won a championship without him, went to the championship without him. Golden State bullied and humiliated OKC, he falls in line with the "If you can't beat them, join them." reality and got his first ring. There's a reason why this win feel shallow and not important, because it was expected and there wasn't any reason why they shouldn't have won.
Once again KD is a coward and will never have the respect that he feels he deserves.
