I need to gain weight, but i i can't eat!!!

So i am in a bulking phase. i am pretty tight, not fat at all and i have a pretty good physique, but im not built built. i am stronger than most people my size though since i lift.

problem is, i cannot EAT for the first 8 hours im awake! Even though im hungry, the thought of eating breakfast disgusts me. i eat a cup of dry oates and thats it. later in the day, i pig out, like 3 meals in 5-6 hours.

but my over all calorie count is like 1800 a day, and since i work out a ton, i should be up to 2300-2500 a day. i simply cannot eat enough. i am considering meal replacement shakes with bread for the carbs, protein shake for the protein, etc.

any advice?

Eat lots of nuts - especially chocolate or candy-coated. And potato chips. Some of those aren't the best things to eat when working out, I know. That does the trick for me when I'm trying to gain weight. Right now I'm in a semi-cutting stage so I'm backing off on some things and trying to eat really clean for a flatter stomach as summer is just around the corner. It's hard. 

You're basically intermittent fasting. Go Primal and eat more good fats.

I don;'t know how to solve your problem hbc 

but I don't want to eat in the morning, either. as a child, I would gag...
I still can barely get a half cup of cereal down... coffee is my friend... I can do that...

most people don't understand...

I googled how to bulk up. You should google that phrase.

How to gain muscle mass/bulk up fast
Nutrition, Strength Training & Rest
Consume high quality protein containing at least 3g leucine per meal/shake and aim for roughly 4 meals a day (Norton 2008).
Target 1.8g of protein per kg of bodyweight each day. Exceeding 1.8g per kg will not contribute to lean mass in natural adults and there are conflicting studies concluding its effect on fat mass
Maintain 20-25% of your caloric intake from fat for proper hormonal balance.

Hi Engima How are you and your family? Is it still raining there? I joined two or three of the forums you mentioned-or I hope I did I hope we can keep in touch. You and Betty were my two best buds-Betty seems to be gone though.

You may be right, I might be crazy, but it just may be a lunatic you are looking for!
