ANSWERED: Problem with instant publishing?

Submitted the following on the 8th: 170208-230147-029000

External reviews/links often appear right away via instant publishing. When the item didn't appear in the interface, I figured there was a glitch and submitted it again the next day, as the following: 170209-143754-421000.

Three or four days later, still nothing in the overlay. Is there a problem currently with the instant publishing on some titles?

Also, there's still a mismatch between the award + nomination totals in IMDb versus IMDbPro. Is that being addressed over at Get Satisfaction (a place I'm dragging my feet on migrating to)?

Hi, chizzy. As you know, some things publish instantly and some things don't. There's probably no glitch (in the sense of software bug), but we'll see.


Hi chizzy,

Yes and no, there was a backlog on external reviews which has now been cleared and this has yet to be published on the title. Please could you raise the Awards issue to the Data Issues & Policy Discussions section of GetSatisfaction? That way we can update you on any progress on that platform moving forwards.
