"Barefoot" (Barfuss) by Til Schweiger (Germany, around 2000) is definitely funny, although it is also a romantic love movie of a kind that is not often produced today.

I have one it is called the D'comeback it was shot in the U.S but done by foreign young talented crew. check out the trailer:

and they did this movie themselves am saying everything: cameramen, scriptwriting, Director, cinematography and so on. But they need the exposure.
