I’ve been into Italian Eurocrime films from the 70’s lately and I found a nice documentary on the subject:

Eurocrime! The Italian Cop and Gangster Films That Ruled the 70s (2012)

It contains many interviews with genre actors like John Saxon, Henry Silva and Franco Nero. If anyone is interested, I found it streaming free on Prime Video.
