90-s asian movie about a prisoner fat with feet that dont fit the shoes gets caugth by the guards after failed attempted escape and bit up maybe even hang upside down some guards have dogs man dies has a son outside i think thats the beginning of the movie

I know this post is ancient and you're probably not registered here, but I'm 99% certain it's Island of Fire / The Prisoner, and the fat prisoner you're referring to is Sammo Hung.
