I think there are a lot of factors to consider. I mean a relationship between a 20 year old an a 40 year old is very different from a relationship between a 60 year old and an 80 year old. Though in both cases the age difference is twenty years.
Another consideration is the reason behind an age difference. If you happen to fall in love with someone who is older that's very different from trying to replace an absent parent with a romantic partner for example.
I also think that if you want to have a family with someone an age difference can be a problem. In a younger man older/woman scenario, a much older woman might not be physically able to have children. In a older man/younger woman situation the older man might not be interested in starting a family and being very elderly by the time the kids are grown. If having a family isn't a consideration the age difference isn't as much of an issue.
I'm not saying that it can't work. It can. But there are a lot of variables.
It depends on how big is the difference.

At the beginning it may be fun and Flatering like I'm still so hot that Younger guys like me but that flattering part dissapear and becomes an insecurity issue.
Like what will happen if a guy finds someone hotter than you.
More than the age
the thing is the woman has to be the hotter of the two always, I'm not saying the guy has to be horrible but it's better if you are the only one who finds him attractive.

It's because she is confident that no woman is trying to steal her man, she loves him he loves her and that's why still keeping her looks natural and healthy.
Meanwhile Demi and Angelina who Are with very popular handsome and sexy man always have the insecurity that every hot woman is a threat thats why they got so skinny, sorry when I see them I don't see genuine happiness.
But when I see Catherine ,Monica Bellucci and Penelope Cruz i see them really happy because they find their man atractive and no one else.

But you are right. Very often dating a younger guy is stresfull for a woman. esp. when she has a low self-esteem. I saw it coming for Demi Moore. And I feel for her. She is a beautiful woman who just can't accept the fact of getting older. She is not natural anymore.
Angelina and Brad look equally fake so they look good together. She's just so thin....
