Help me find this movie - romantic comedy?

Hello Everyone,

I hope someone can help me find this movie...

It sounds terrible, but all I can remember is that at the end of the film, a guy and a girl are in bar and she asks the girl on a date and she replys something to the effect of:

"I can't right now, I need some alone time... However, I will meet you here in xxx days and I can start fresh from there..."

Then they do a snap shot of time gone by and the guy shows up with flowers (I believe) on that exact date and the movie goes on from there...

Thats all I remember of the film but it's KILLING me.

It's one of those movies that the second I heard the name, I'd probably know it...
