I just found over the weekend that the new Spring Awakening movie that is in production is not even the musical. It's just another re-telling of the book/play that came out forever ago. I'm SO disappointed. And I think by them releasing this version now that it is unlikely they will ever do the musical.



That stinks! I *LOVED* the musical and would have really liked to see a film version of it.
