Evil wizard and a little goodhearted boy

Hi.
For 30 years ago i saw a animated movie.
In the movie where an evil magican with
Brown cape and white hair and beard.
And there where also a little boy
the magican took with him.
I remeber that the magican flied with
the boy.
The movie must be from between 1960 - 1985.
