The Invisible Man (2020)
Last Night in Soho (2021)
Watcher (2022)
Men (2022) ??? I haven't seen it but it's quite on the nose it would seem.
Resurrection (2022) seems like another.

Are there any others?

Your thoughts on the trend? It's a bit played out already and reeks of Misandry. I often see hipster broads on the likes of Letterboxd who think it's quirky to say shit like "ugh, I HATE Men." Misandry seems to be accepted and celebrated. You go Girl! Needless to say anyone who said the same about Women would be seen as a bitter and evil individual who needs to be watched closely.

Interesting. It's a long-standing trope though, the male monster/bad guy preying on the hot chick (well, not so hot in The Invisible Man! Oh no, I've made what could be construed as a misogynist comment!)

Moss was so miscast. She reminded me of Ellen DeGeneres which just made the whole boring film seem like a parody.

I think movies about the "evils of men" can be done well in a non-preachy way. For example, I thought The Invisible Man was good because it portrayed a specific type of abusive guy, without criticizing men as a whole (if I'm remembering correctly)

The movie "Men" was pretty bad IMO because it was literally about how all men are the same and they're all shitty. There wasn't any nuance to its message.

Another example from this year would be Barbarian, particularly in regards to the subplot of the maybe-rapist guy. I didn't really know what to make of that to be honest. The movie definitely seemed to have feminist themes but I couldn't really tell what the point was.
