What is your favorite nightmare on elm street? I'd say part 3 had some rounded characters you could root for, the special effects were great and really blended the fantasy elements with the horror and we got nice character development with Nancy. Freddy was still scary.
shareI love part 2, 3, 6, and New Nightmare. Dream Warriors is the obvious choice, but Freddy's Dead was a blast of 3D backstory, and New Nightmare has such a meta weirdness about it. Freddy is my hero.

Imagine showing those scenes mixed with six, Freddy vs Jason dream demons and adding in the nightmare on elm street book filler for one film. That would be amazing. Marge stealing the glove and her husband throwing the cocktail burning him alive.
