Horror films you didn't fully understand?

23 minutes to sunrise (2012):
Eric Roberts was supposed to be a demon.
The jury's still out on that one.

Maniac Mansion (1972):
I couldn't make heads or tails of the ending.

On the other hand, I've seen them once a piece, and my ManiacMansion copy has poor audio.

Your sarcasm has driven me to idiocy.

Eraserhead.

Eyes Wide Shut, Mulholland Drive, and Stay all make very little sense to me. I guess they're not really horror though.

Kill List

I doubt it's supposed to make sense though.

The Ninth Gate. I got the general idea, but I had to cheat and look at comments on boards like this, to really understand it. I'm still not sure I "get it" 100%.

For Grave Encounters... I'm Lance Preston.

Halloween 6.. And I still to this day don't understand what the hell was going on with that movie lol

MH is a clever movie, and once you get the story telling trick it's devastating. Pure horror in my view.
