Are you able to enjoy spoofs when...

... they parody movies and/or shows known for being unintentional Comedies? I ask because I think the parodying would feel redundant. Specially nowadays. By the time VAMPIRES SUCK came out, there already were dozens of TWILIGHT amateur spoofs on YouTube.
