The 25 WORST Comedy Films You Ever Seen

All the Apatow films I've seen (40 Year Old Virgin, Pineapple Express, Sarah Marshall) have been terrible.

Monster-in-law is one of the worst movies that I have ever seen.

Seriously? you didnt like the hangover? that film is awesome

Awww, I really liked YOU, ME, AND DUPREE.

This is only the 25 worst I've seen since 2005, since I only started keeping track of it then and I do not like trying to rate stuff years after the fact. I'm taking for my criteria simply that "comedy" is listed as one of the primary genres for the film on IMDb (well, and that I remember that--I probably overlooked some where I didn't remember they were comedies or partially comedies):

. . . and keep in mind that the list I was pulling that from includes every film on your list. So I felt that all of the above were worse. A lot of the films on your list I like or even love.

It's funny, because I thought MONSTER-IN-LAW was pretty funny the first time I saw it, but it hasn't held up at all in repeated viewings and I can't watch it at all anymore. Jennifer Lopez completely gets on my nerves in that movie.

I'll second BECAUSE I SAID SO and THE BIG BOUNCE. I was a little disappointed to see IN HER SHOES on your list...I LOVED that movie.

I probably don't have 25 but certainly Cyrus and Pineapple Express were terrible
