One I'd love to see myself is the original pilot episode of the sitcom 'Barney Miller', that starred Hal Linden, but had Abby Dalton playing his wife, instead of Barbara Barrie. As far as I know it only ran once on a program called 'ABC Summer Showcase' (where it ran under the full title of 'The Life and Times of Captain Barney Miller of the NYPD') before being picked up later by ABC as a series.

I've never been able to find this anywhere, and don't know if any recorded version of it even still exists.

The original pilot, The Life and Times of Barney Miller, was included in the Barney Miller: Complete Series Set. It's in the bonus features on the last disk of the Barney Miller section of the set, Season 8, Disk 3. The set also includes the first season of Fish.

Oh, and it was Barbara Barrie, not Barbara Harris, that played his wife. Barbara Harris was the mother in the original Freaky Friday.

Can't see you're other post, it must have been deleted by now, but I'll suggest:

Wonderfalls
Probe (with Parker Stevenson as was already suggested)
The Wizard (with David Rappaport, Douglas Barr and Fran Ryan that ran around the same time as Probe did in the mid 80s)
I'm Dickens, He's Fenster
My Living Doll
Freaks and Geeks
My So Called Life
American Gothic
Fawlty Towers
Max Headroom
Police Squad!
Pushing Daisies (two seasons, but still only 22 episodes
Square Pegs
The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
True Calling
Twin Peaks

Late reply, but thanks very much for the information! And I caught my Harris/Barrie goof; just edited it a couple of minutes ago.
