I'm 4 episodes down and I think #4 is the best so far... mainly because of the 80s soundtrack.. the first 3 try too hard. I do like seeing the dude from game of thrones and the girl from killjoys though
shareMy two favorites are actually episodes five and six, so don't make up your mind until you see both of those. Before watching the final two my favorite was episode four. If I had to choose one I would choose episode five, MEN AGAINST FIRE, as my favorite from season three. The combination of technology vs. morality rang the truest for me with that particular episode. I don't want to say any thing further until you have watched it. THE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL is still my number one from all three seasons and the special.

Only seen the first one, Nosedive, so far but I loved it. Looking forward to the rest.

San Junipero. All the episodes are very good. But "San Junipero" will go down as one of the all time great TV sci-fi stories. It's moving, nostalgic in the best way. though provoking, heart wrenching, so happy and feel good at the end, but with a slight bit of unease and creepiness despite the "happy" ending. I so wanted a happy ending but knowing "Black Mirror" i had kind of resigned myself to a downbeat or depressing ending. But thankfully we did get a happy ending. And a well deserved one at that.
shareI saw #5 on sunday.. I thought it was pretty impressive... but 4 still knocks it out of the park for me... I still have to see 6... im procrastinating on it since its 90 minutes.. lol.
shareI actually liked the first half of the season more so than the second half... though Men Against Fire was pretty interesting. The final episode was a little underwhelming, and while I enjoyed San Junipero creatively, I thought it was very un-Black Mirror like

'Nosedive' was very good, BDH was superb and it was a classic example of how Black Mirror takes stuff that is so prevalent today and exaggerates it to a level where it's kinda sci-fi, yet totally believable.
Liked 'Playtest', but it's my least favourite so far. Nothing wrong with it, per se, it was just a bit 'Black Mirror by numbers'. Great performances, though.
'San Junipero', though... I just loved it. It genuinely made me go a bit leaky around the eyes, and I'm a cynical type of person at the best of times! I'm saying absolutely nothing about it for fear of spoilage, other than I didn't know that Charlie Brooker had it in him to write something so emotional and heartfelt...
I'm rationing myself to one episode per night, so looking forward to 3, 5 and 6....
Just watched 3 - Shut Up And Dance. Excellent. The young lad who played Kenny put in such a great performance. And the ending was a classic MR moment that made you want to re-evaluate what you'd seen before. No spoilers here, obviously.
shareThe fifth one, can't remember the title, disappointed me a bit. Saw the twist coming a mile off. Still a good episode, though. Looking forward to the sixth.
