Try IMDb's new 'Seen" feature - from this list, I've seen 41. Can you beat my score?

Hi - if you have some good definitive (especially genre specific) cult films lists that you would like us to add to the rotating "seen" list in the boards header, let us know!

Mine counted out to 14 but knowing what qualifies as a cult film, I'd say there are a LOT more than 57 ever made.

I've seen 27 out of 57 from that list. There are many older cult movies not included on that list, however.

I've seen 57 but I have heard of almost all of them. Most of these don't really feel cult to me anymore.

Yeah I agree - what exactly qualifies as "cult film?"

someone put WAY too much work into that page...

I would say:

1. Was a bomb on initial release, and I mean a BOMB, not $70 million box office that cost $50 million.

2. Not nominated for any awards.

3. Did not have a sequel (although the sequel itself might qualify)

... someone has a better way to figure it out...
