European R-rated films

Looking for recommendations if I liked the following:

Cook, Thief, Wife, Lover
Funny Games
Sweet Movie
Immoral Tales
Climax
Irreversible

probably way more than that but Ill keep the list short. I just gravitate toward European films with a lot of sexual content and/or violence. Im a very sick and twisted individual. Unfortunately here in the U.S., we frown upon the female form, so we havent gotten as much as those across the pond in terms of X-rated content
