My review of Wonder Woman 1984 for those who are interested

Although it definitely isn't as good as the first movie, I still liked Wonder Woman 1984 despite acknowledging that it has glaring issues. I felt like it wasn't necessary for them to place the story in the 1980's era, and doing so gave it a campier feel to it that contrast with the serious tone of the first film. Despite its issues, I felt the good outweighed the bad but definitely think the next one needs to be put in present setting with Lynda Carter receiving a big role in the third movie. I don't think the movie deserves to be hated on as much as it gets. This is probably the most divisive blockbuster since The Last Jedi
