Quatermass and the Pit. Movie from 1967

The 1967 movie is a remake of a BBC older film and they did a pretty good job of it.
I feel as though they did not expand enough on the movie and I think more could be done
if a 2020 remake was done.

Yes this thread has spoilers in it but I think more needs to be added!
It centers around finding a ship with bugs in it and the bugs made humans advanced brought humans to earth.
But I think the bugs were also tools by another race not mentioned as it seems the
bugs were also bred as slave masters. If a movie reboot were to take place we need to add the
other race who controlled the bugs? The ship needs to be changed and edited to look more organic.
