I think that you're spot on the mark there, Juan. It looks like the very tail end of the 1980s. Things are easier to date from the 80s to early 90s as each year has its own 'look'.

It also couldn't be past 1991 anyway as that's when it burnted down.

I'll try and find another one. 

That is what I would go for too.

Why?

Because Madonna's song 'Get into the Groove' can be heard playing at one point over the speakers. That came out in 1984 so I'm imagining that it would be a pretty new song at that point to be played somewhere like that where I would imagine only current chart hits being played.
