Are these the worst oscars of all time?

I’ve only seen Chicago 7 and Da 5 Bloods (not even sure that one is nominated) and I just do not care to see the other nominated films, they look like a bunch of boring “omg yes I realized how difficult life is!” Kind of crap, seriously. Who gives a sht?

The oscars should have a balanced group of nominated movies, to keep things fresh and all that. This year... ugh.

Top top it all off, they are the most predictable in recent memory, you know if the nominee is black they will get the award. Double goes for Chadwick because he’s black AND dead, so that’s a lock, regardless of deserving or not.

So please, which movie is an absolute must see? Is nomadland really a 100% must see movie?

No, these are nowhere near the worst of all time. There are some great films nominated. Nomadland is a masterpiece and definitely a must see. Sound of Metal and Judas and the Black Messiah are great too. Promising Young Woman is fantastic.

I don't watch Oscar nominated films anymore but frankly I do not think Inception or Avatar should've been nominated for best picture. It's just pandering for the sake of pandering.
