Does playing a lot of video games help you win challenges?

I was wondering for those of you who play video games feel like certain challenges such as speed challenges help you out in survivor or big brother games?

Ya

Such an informative answer there.

Makes me wonder that since I don't play video games maybe that is why I don't win many challenges. I wouldn't have thought they would go together.

lmao

I've never thought about it either, but when you look at the best challenge players on this board, the majority of them play video games. Like me, I've played video games since I was a kid and I practically won out in a Survivor game. It helps with reaction time.

It's a good theory one that I can accept better than I just suck at challenges lol. It makes me feel somewhat better.

It's sad that I never played in the same game as you to see your "winning out"

reply

I support that theory as I don't play any video games and am useless at speed challenges lol.

It's sad that we've never played a game together period. There's a handful of people I would have loved to have played with lol. Shoutout to KyTomNation's Survivor 4: Past vs. Present vs. Future though! It was my last BB/Survivor game.

I think having a decent computer, a good responsive mouse, and knowing how to google helps more. I've personally never used the trackpad, when I had a laptop, for challenges, always plugged in a mouse. Like, every 1-2 years I like to replace my mouse and get one that is really good.

Video games help too I guess. The only game I've been playing lately is LoL and that does require a lot of concentration and fast clicking almost non-stop for 20-30 minutes per "game". And you know most speed challenges here are about how much faster can you click than the other players.

I've always used a trackpad. I think it's more what you're used to. Good computer and internet connection certainly help.
