Rip Debbie Reynolds
Singin in the rain is in my opinion best movie of all time so sad
shareIt's kind of sad that people don't care too much about Reynolds passing. She had a great career, but younger people barely know who she is.
shareA lot of young people know her from the Halloweentown series.

To be honest, I'm a big fan of older movies, and I only know her for Singin' in the Rain. And for being the basis of Shirley Maclaine's character in Postcards from the Edge (the fantastic autobiographic film written by Carrie Fisher).
Let's see... she was in How the West Was Won, that was a good movie. I don't remember the film well enough to know who she played, though. She was in the English dubbed version of Kiki's Delivery Service, a FANTASTIC film, but the dub is a travesty.
Outside of that, I don't know her. She did a lot of voice acting in shows that I missed as a kid, so I guess that she was never a big part of my life. I didn't even know her name until her daughter died, actually.
She didn't marry your penis... Okay, she didn't only marry your penis.
Most notably Reynolds was nominated for an Oscar for her role in The Unsinkable Molly Brown.
shareShe also played Dan's mother in the final season of Roseanne
shareShe also had her own television show in the late sixties and early seventies. She also played Grace's mother on Will and Grace.
