SOLVED What's the film? Romance/murder mystery?

So on my rounds of Nora Roberts movies, there was this one film that was recommended on a site the last time I was making the rounds that I had watched. Unfortunately, I cannot remember what it was and do not think it is Nora Roberts so cannot find the film. Honestly think it was just a made-for-tv film that had that same vibe.

What I can remember is that it was the woman character who came back to town, I think she might be a rich man's daughter? A businessman who as usual is not nice. Her father's(?) lawyer is the other protagonist. There had been a killing (not necessarily murder but cannot remember clearly) years ago in the factory owned by the father. I believe the male protagonist is the son of the man who was killed but this is not known until the end-ish, but again not 100%.
