SOLVED! subway clown face shattering

Hey!

I'm looking for a scene where a character is riding the L, or some kind of underground train/metro. He/she has hallucinations, one of these being a clown standing in front of him/her as he/she is sitting, and the clown's white face suddenly breaks like porcelaine.

It was probably in a TV movie or show, but not necessarily horror. From between 1995-2005.
