[SOLVED] Eye injection restores soldier's sight.

Black military guy goes blind after an op. Former boss approaches him with eye injection to temporarily restore sight and a new job. Boss betrays him afterwards. Soldier goes on the run with female doctor who injected. Gets revenge but stays blind. Might be tv or direct to video movie. Saw it in 2009.
