1990s non-English language horror movie - SOLVED

This was a 1990’s non-English language low-budget horror movie about a female vampire that survived on the blood of young travellers, roaming the countryside.

It was very possibly Spanish though perhaps Italian.

Loosely followed the Elizabeth Bathory vampire legend.

A group of teens happen by the house. She ties one to the bed and sacrifices him.

Any ideas?

I’m afraid not. Much cheesier and later than Vampyres.

Definitely non-English/Dubbed. Possibly Spanish or Latin American.

The guy is sacrificed with a knife.

The rest of the group, upon arriving at the bedroom and discovering the murder, throw the vampire character from a window and she is impaled by a stake at ground level,
