Trying to find name of straight-to-DVD horror/action movie

It was either from 2006 or 2007. It played out like a rip-off of Resident Evil 4:

A college student starts to realize she's being stalked and is eventually kidnapped by robed cultists one day when she's jogging.

She's taken to Europe (I think the country in particular was Rome), where they plan on sacrificing her. A sort of special agent guy intervenes and rescues her, the rest of the movie is the two main characters attempting to escape the cultists.

This movie played on the Syfy channel back in that time period as well.
