Horror scene in montage.

About 7-8 yrs ago I watched a youtube video about lists of horror films. The clip was in the montage in either the intro or outro, but one of the clips was a pov shot going in a man's mouth and down his esophagus to his stomach. The pov was supposed to be the view of either monster or alien as it breached the man's body. It ened as either bursting from the belly or bottom, that I dont remember. But I do want to watch that movie if I can find it. It seamed to have good visuals.
