This weeks American Dad episode's movie reference?

At the end of this weeks episode of American Dad (Season 15 Episode 12, American Data?) Steve, Snot, Barry and Toshi are walking in the park with their new calf implants. A teen girl says "Check out the lower leg lollipops on those big boys." The teen boy with her says "I think I'm gonna like high school." and lowers his sunglasses to get a better look. I'm almost certain that this is a reference to an old movie, possibly from the '80s. Does anyone know what I'm thinking of?

That came to mind as well as Revenge of the Nerds. I searched variations of the line with the movie titles but couldn't find anything.
"I think I'm gonna like high school."
"I think I'm gonna like college."
"I think I'm gonna like it here."
.
While I was writing this, Chris Farley and Adam Sandler's "Schmitts Gay" beer commercial parody popped into my head. Farley flips his sunglasses attachment up while ogling the guys and at the end he say "I think I'm gonna like house sitting."

Maybe that's it but I really feel like it was a teen comedy movie.

The peering-over-the-sunglasses pose and the mention of high school reminds me of Ferris Bueller:

I see what you mean but I don't remember a scene where he's ogling anyone and says a line like that. I was thinking it might be a more raunchy comedy.

I dunno, but that line reminded me of Rodney Dangerfield in "Back to School"? I haven't seen the movie in a long while but I seem to remember him saying that line when seeing some good looking women around him.
