90's Irish Film (Solved)

Ok, I may be wrong on some of the details because I only read an article about it a few years ago, and I never actually got around to watching it. From what I remember, it was an Irish movie from around the mid 90's that I think was about a younger brother having a crush on an older brother's girlfriend. I also believe the word 'Moon' was somewhere I the title. Thanks for any help.
