What movie - girl who can predict the future, east european

Seen it long time ago:

I think east european movie maybe polish or ukraininan, I think from 80s or 90s, about a young girl who can predict the future, she predicts the world to end I think but its uncertain because she lost her virginity which would imply losing her power, but in the final scene the city begins to crumble. There is also a scene where she is with some guy friends and they are smashing glass bottles on the ground.
