Three different movies

I’m looking for three different childhood movies I vaguely remember. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. 90s or older, comedy, kids. A bunch of kids mess with a couple (the guy is bald), there’s a scene with a small train that runs through the woods and another when a kid falls on an open grave.

2. 90s or older, comedy, kids. A baseball movie, and at one moment in time a kid sneaks ants into a players pants.

3. 90s or older, drama/sci-fi, horror, dystopian. I just remember a scene where a guy is chased by many men dressed in dark clothes, and some of them enter his apartment from the roof and the windows.
