What Movie,Made For T.V. Movie Or T.V. Show Episode Shows The Following Thing Happening?

A Woman,Possibly Blonde & Wearing Jeans,Is At A Parking Lot When,In A Fit Of Rage,She Lifts Up The Rear Of A Car With Her Bare Hands & Then Lets It Drop. After That,She Is Still Out Of Control At That Parking Lot & She Winds Up Being Arrested,Possibly For Disorderly Conduct.

Although I Am Trying To Find Out What It Happened In,I Remember Seeing It Sometime In The 1990's.

I didn't watch the youtube clip so let me be as unhelpful as possible...

This sounds like the premise for The Incredible Hulk tv series with Bill Bixby in the 1970's... Doctor was fascinated as to how ordinary people could exhibit moments of superhuman strength (like lifting a car...)
