TV show - 1999 to 2001? **SOLVED**

I cannot remember when this family half hour tv show aired. I believe it only lasted 2 or maybe 3 episodes. And, I believe, this was before Sep. 11, 2001. Furthermore, I have know idea [who] was on the show, but I think it aired on CBS or WB/UPN.

The show stars a single father (the actor was a comedian) whom lived with his FOUR teenage daughters. Of course, each of them have the social click tropes: the pretty one, smart one, [cute] tom boy, etc.

All I remember about the first episode was that... The father is way over his head trying to deal with a house full of teenage girls, and he realizes they were all on their periods, or that the Tom Girl get's her first period. Father realizes that his "son" like daughter, whom loves to play baseball, is growing up into a woman. Plus, the Tom Girl is played like a 'bimbo' or more like an 'airhead'.
