Name of 2010's foreign film?

Here is what I remember:

- foreign language film (I think Scandinavian, but might have been German or Dutch)
- quite new, almost certain it was made within the last 5-10 years
- genre: best approximation would be a thriller/crime drama, and not so much and horror in as much as the Hannibal films are, or the same kind of feeling at least.

Scenes/Plot/Themes: There is a male who has some mental illness and/or behavioral disability (he doesn't say much) who is fixated on the female reproductive system for some reason.
I think he creeps around for a lot of the film trying to collect bodily fluids, and, when there are scenes in what appears to be his apartment there are lots of jars filled with various liquids, photographs (poleroid perhaps) and then drawings and notes on the female reproductive system/organs etc.
Eventually there are scenes out at a caravan in a field. I think the mother of the mentally ill male comes into the film at some stage, and maybe there is a suggestion of some sexual violence/assault between them.
Forget how it ends, but the caravan is near the end!
