HELP

I remember seeing a detective show in the mid 80's. The detective was trying to save a guy from the electric chair for a murder for which he was framed. The murder took place by an aeroplane. At the very end, the detective discovers that a photograph has been reversed, but too late and the guy is fried. Maybe tv movie or episode from a series.
