Just based on the lyrics and the titles from the soundtrack, it's most likely "A Touch of Love" by Charles Fox (words by Sammy Cahn and Melvin Frank).

I'm confident that I am hearing most of the lyrics correctly, but I don't get any hits from google searching the lyrics I hear. It's possible that the song was written for the movie, even though it sounds like it could be a hundred year old folk song.
