Anybody remember what sitcom this is from? (Twins get unfairly blamed for toilet disaster)

Anybody remember what sitcom this comes from? One of the main characters is at a party and causes a mess in a toilet and when someone spots him/her leaving s/he instead blames some twins (male, Chinese ethnic origin, have some weird mannerisms). Afterwards the entire party turns hostile to the twins, who confide in the character, saying amongst other things "we don't go to the bathroom together". Anybody remember this scene?
