Women caught spying on her neighbor

I remember only this scene.

Eighter the woman or the man have just moved to this neighborhood. The man Looks a bit similar to Dr. Richard Kimble on the run pre-shaving Or Lebowski.

The man is occupied with some activity in his house (maybe unpacking, or looking through some of his stuff and is closely watched by the woman next door. Then suddenly she can't see him no more, but when she noticed him again seconds later, he looks straight at her.

I don't think this incident was mentioned when they talked to each other next time though
