60s secret agent movie

I saw this in the 70s, a secret agent guy infiltrates an (island or secret base?) of women who are planning to take over the world. He is captured and strapped into a boxy machine with mechanical arms with pincers, and from a nearby control room the women remove his clothing one piece at a time until he's down to his shorts. Then I think he's rescued or escapes. It's the only scene I remember. It was on broadcast TV late at night.
