first of all super happy to finally have found this website!
Details that I remember:
Killer vehicles at night
Takes place in some kind of village/small town, looks European
The cars don't look American, there's a small van and a smaller car
Person/couple being chased around in the seemingly abandoned village
Cars look parked/abandoned, then suddenly lights come on and the chase is on
Does not look like a mainstream movie, maybe TV movie?

Thanks, I've checked that list but nope; I've seen quite a few of them actually.
I can add that the movie is definitely not new, has a 80's or maybe 90's vibe.

I just checked it, no minivan and no night scene with narrow streets like in France/Greece/Spain/Italy.

Another detail came up, you could actually see black gloves holding the steering wheel in some of the scenes.
Not supposed to but I guess it says a lot about the quality of the movie.
