Forgot the title

I'm trying to remember the title of my movie.
Setting:
guy works (or starts to work) in an office building
he hears some rumors of strange things going on
he stays late, and witnesses things like a hitman killing someone, shady things going on

anyone seen that trailer like thing?

the slogan for it was something like: sometimes you don't need to know everything
