Was up late one night and kept falling asleep and waking up with the tv on. Anyway some sort of sea monster in the sea attacking a community. It had a 70s feel to it. One scene I remember a guy hanging on a dock that was ripped from the moorings.
Another scene a bunch of boaters looking for this creature and throwing firecrackers and blood in the water.
Been driving me crazy the last couple of days

Corky is an insomniac who routinely posts easily identifiable movies that he has come across during his many restless nights. I'm 99.9% sure he's having fun with us. Still that .1%...
